Cannot Find C:\Documents On Windows 2000 Or Windows NT When Accessing Data On PLG CD Or DVD

Symptom

When accessing data on the PLG, CD's or DVD you receive the message cannot find c:\documents on a Windows 2000, or Windows NT computer.

Solution

Create a TEMP folder under the profile that is getting this error then reboot the computer.

Example: If I had logged in with the username : edgariscool I would create the following folder:

c:\ winnt\profiles\edgariscool\TEMP

*Note: For Windows2000 you might have to create the temp folder as follows.

c:\Documents and Settings\username.domain\Local Settings\temp
