Cannot Transfer Back To Manager After Selecting Part And Labor In ShopCAT

Symptom

After choosing parts and labor information from Triad, unable to transfer back into the management system.

Solution

Open the property window of the ShopCAT icon. Click on the "Compatibility" tab. Change the operating system from Windows '95 to Windows 2000. Click on 'apply" than "ok". This error has been seen only on the Windows XP operating system.

Note: This fix is only for the Windows XP operating system.
