During Repair Database Error Code 3343, Unrecognized Database Format Is Reported General Use - Updated 07/09/99 Product Symptom During the Repair Database Utility, you get the Error Code-3343, unrecognized database format. Solution Make sure you have ran scandisk prior to running the repair utility. Otherwise, the database is damaged. Contact Technical Support to see if database can be repaired.
