Symptom

Error Code = 30 General utility copy files failed to copy x:\odwin32\indexes\odbc\carbidx.idx.

Solution

1. Check to see if the udfreader.vxd exists.

2. If this file does exist rename it to udfreader.old and reboot the computer.

* If using NT or 2000 do all the same steps but look for udfreader.sys

* Certain CD software will install this driver, when installed certain DVD-Roms are unable

to communicate.
