Symptom

When you select YMM the program looks at the Btrieve files. When the model is being selected, the wbtrv32.dll file is trying to open. If an incompatible version is installed, an error message will be generated, most likely referencing the mricpartslaborviewer.ocx file.

Solution

Rename the wbtrv32.dll file, giving it the file extension .old and copy our version (6.15.440 dated 2/12/97) into the C:\Windows\System directory. Don't forget to remove the Read Only attribute. You can find this file on our Installation & Online Asst CD.
