General Protection Fault In DIBENG.DLL

Symptom

The Repair Information works normally, but upon switching to Estimating, the program had a General Protection Fault in DIBENG.DLL, followed by the message "Record Manager is Inactive" and "No Years Available."  Mitchell On-Demand 4 may not run properly when Pro-Com Plus (version 4.51) is installed afterward. Other communication programs have caused this problem too.

Solution

Delete Pro-Com and On-Demand 4 works normally.
