Symptom

Hitting the 'Mitchell' button gets "Error getting model from index"


Solution

The user registered the new PLG CD (I.E. PLG 96/01-97/01) in Mechanical Parts and Labor Estimating Guide and did not update the Series CARINFO.MDB file. Copy the CARINFO.MDB file from the current PLG CD into the MDB directory.

Remember to remove the 'read-only' attribute after you have copied the file from the cd.
