Symptom

The customer receives the error: Invalid Page Fault in Module w3mif106.dll after launching the On-Demand 4 program.

Solution

Rename the w3mif106.dll and the wbtrv32.dll, giving them the file extension .old. Then copy our wbtrv32.dll off the install cd into the C:\Windows\System directory. This is most likely a result of the Real Time Labor Guide being installed.
