Symptom

After registration of the Repair DVD you get a message: "missing or corrupt MTOD4.FLE or MTOD5.FLE.
 

Solution

The problem appears to be the version of the CDFS.VXD file. Copy the CDFS.VXD file off the installation CD into the c:\windows\system\iosubsys directory, remove the read only attribute and reboot the system. Open On-Demand 4 and register the DVD disk.
