Missing Parts In ShopCat General Use - Updated 11/05/02 Product OnDemand5 Manager Version 5.x Symptom How can I order parts like oil, antifreeze, or transmission fluid that are not listed in the ShopCat catalog. Solution To order parts not listed in the catalog the user needs to get a list of the specific parts from the part vendor they are using. Then you can add the part to either the parts list or inventory. Then you can place it on an Estimate, RO, or PO and check price or order the part.
