Click Start, select Find and choose Files or Computer. b. Type in the file search window, UDFREADR.VXD Note: This file is usually located in the C:\windows\system\iosubsys c. When the file is located, right-click the file and choose Rename. d. Rename the file to UDFREADER.OLD e. Restart your computer for changes to take effect. Note: If other programs or devices do not work, rename the UDFREADER.OLD to UDFREADER.VXD when you are finished using the DVD. • If you are using Windows NT or Windows 2000 use the following steps: a. Click Start, select Find and choose Files or Computer. b. Type in the file search window, UDFREADR.SYS Note: This file is usually located in the folder C:\winnt\system32\drivers c. When the file is located, right-click the file and choose Rename. d. Rename the file to UDFREADER.OLD e. Restart your computer for changes to take effect.
