Names Of Customers In Follow-up Letters Do Not Appear

Symptom

When printing customer labels for Follow-up letters, the names of the customers do not appear.

Solution

Replace the ADDLABL1.RPT in the C:\Mitchell\Repair\Series# directory with the one located on the Estimating CD.   If the problem is occurring on a workstation (m/u), you must copy the file to the wkst directory.

The file can be found in the following directory on the following CD's:

     PLG 00-4: Series\Reports\Addlabel

     SKPLG 00-4: Skmgmt\1_1\Reports\Adlabel
