No Main Toolbar

Symptom

There is no main toolbar and resetting from the View menu has no effect.

Solution

1.  Exit Series.
2.  Open with an editor Series[20 or 10].ini found in the Windows directory. Delete everything except:

     [DATABASE]

     INFPATH=C:\[fully qualified path to SERIES[X]0.INF (Where X equals 1 or 2.)
