No O'Reilly Coverage List Appears General Use - Updated 07/22/02 Product Versions 5.x Symptom After setting up the vendor record for O'Reilly as linked and going through the download MCL file activity, no O'Reilly coverage list appears. Solution Check the x:\LaserCAT2000\Program\Data folder, there should be an O'Reilly MCL file present. If the file is not present, re-run "Initiate MCL update". In some cases the .MCL file will be written to the incorrect folder, you can search the drive the program is installed on for *.mcl to see if this is the case. Keep in mind that in a multi user environment the .MCL files are stored on the server. Restart Manager/ManagerPlus. Submitted POS-7/22/02 |
