Symptom

Prints in On-Demand 4 but not Windows Parts and Labor Guide.

Solution

User didn't see his printer in Windows Mechanical Parts and Labor Guide v.3.14 Print dialog box, because MEWIN doesn't like strange characters in the WIN.INI sections. Removing the "=OP6E,LPT1:" from the WIN.INI PrinterPorts & Devices sections corrected the problem.
