Symptom

ODWIN32 CAUSED AN ILLEGAL OPERATION; ODWIN32 CAUSED AN EXCEPTION EEDFADEH IN MODULE DECODE.DLL@0187:08652BA6

This error seems to occur after the user registers new data specifically the Napa CD. Customer gets this when he tries to access Napa after update.

Solution

1. Deleted Napa Parts Catalog entry in the Mirepair.ini.

2. Delete the Borland folder in the C:\windows\program files directory.

3. Delete the Napa folder located in the ODWIN32 folder/directory
4. Reinstall
