Print Error: No Text And Print Preview Screen Is Blank

Symptom

When attempting to print, the heading and the border print fine but not the text. Also the print preview screen is blank.
 

Solution

Conflict with newer version of MFC42.DLL. On-Demand 4 requires the version 4.21.7303. Rename the previous version in windows\system, and reinstall the program. Possible culprits are AOL4.0, Canon MultiPass C5500.
