Printed Invoice Contains Parts From Other Invoices

Symptom

Printed Invoice contains parts from other invoices yet on the order screen or print preview the parts/labor information is correct.

Solution

A report (Invoic11.rpt Invoice without hours) file is corrupted.

The Quick/Easy but temporary fix is to switch the invoice report in Reports/Printers to INV WITH HOURS

The Permanent Fix is to replace the INVOIC11.RPT file dated 8/29/96 with the current INVOIC11.RPT file dated 10/14/96.

You should have one of the following report update disks.
 S1RPTS.EXE dated 4/1/97 (for Series 1 run A:\>FIXS1)

     S2RPTS.EXE dated 4/1/97 (for Series 2 run A:\>FIXS2)

     SERIES I/II Report//Program Update v 1.0.002 (run SETUP.EXE)
