Symptom

1. Runtime error 483 or 482 when trying to print from scheduled services.

2. Class does not support automation when attempting to access scheduled services.

Solution

This error has been fixed by installing the OD4.4 Printer Patch located on the PLG01-3A CD. Go to my computer and explore the CD then double click the Utils folder. Double click the OD44PTCH.EXE. This process will copy over a new control file needed for printing Scheduled Services in On-Demand 4.4

The user can also go to Mitchell1 and choose FAQ's and download the patch from the On-Demand link on the Company Web site. The patch is located under the 482-483 Runtime Error listed in the FAQ section.

Note: If the above patch does not work then please re-install the mdac_typ located in the Microsoft folder on the On-Line Installation CD.
