ShopCAT Opened Via The Management Link Will Not Display Cost, Sell, And List General Use - Updated 11/11/03 Product Versions Symptom ShopCAT is opened via the management link will not display cost, sell, and list. These three fields are not populated with values. Duplicated the users ShopCAT "Demo Coverage List, System options and Display options". Duplicated the users problem. The "System options>Miscellaneous" tab is missing options on the users computer. In the "Help and About" the Triad Catalogue, listed "No" for many of the catalogue assigned features. Example:(part expert, interchange, tire by size, etc). Solution Close ShopCAT and Manager/Manager Plus. Opening c:\Lasercat2000 and then click on the "Program" folder. Then double click on "Catalog Assign". Verified it is listed in the system properly. Check all options then click on "Ok". Open Manager/Manager Plus then click on the "Triad" button and select a part. Now the "List and Sell" are populating normally. Submitted EJ-11/11/03 |
