Symptom

The symptom field is not Printing on a tech worksheet.

Solution

Copy the Techwork.rpt report file from the Sercd 99/01 to the Series1 or Series2 folder.

The Techwork.rpt can be found in the utils\reports folder on the Sercd 99/01.
After copying the Techwork.rpt file print the tech worksheet again.
The Techworksheet should print the symptom field.
