System Lock Ups - General Problems Using OD4 General Use - Updated 01/26/01 Product Symptom The system continuously locks up when trying to do any of the following: 1. Opening Repair and/or Estimating 2. After selecting a vehicle and waiting for the titles to appear 3. When
the program tries to access data on the CD/DVD. Solution Check if any Anti-Virus Software is installed, especially Norton and McAfee. The version of McAfee that has been known to cause such problems is 4.0.70 with the virus definition version 4.0.4101. If virus protection software is installed, try disabling it.
