The Cash Receipts Report And Invoices Are Blank

Symptom

The 'Cash Receipts' report and Invoices are coming up blank. The borders show, but no detailed information.

Solution

Change the ImplicitCommitSync to Yes in ODBC(32bit)

  1. Double click the ODBC(32bit) icon in the Control Panel.

  2. Double click on the program name on the System DSN tab.  

  3. Click the Advanced button.

  4. Highlight 'ImplicitCommitSync' in the big box.

  5. Type Yes in 'Value Of' box.

  6. Click on OK at all screens until at Control Panel.
