Symptom

Unable to open [Program Folder]\ODWIN32\indexes\odc\vehicle.dat

After you click ok you get the message that states "No Years Available"

Possible Solutions

1.  Verify the Index Path is set correctly.  Open the program, click on Setup, then Data Paths.

2.  Reregister the current Estimating CD

3.  Reinstall the program

4.  Rename scsi1hlp.vxd to scsi1hlp.old

Now uninstall the repair product delete Skinfo32 directory or the Odwin32

directory. Delete all temp files then Reboot the system.

Finally re-install and register the DVD and CD.
