When Sending A Fax Thru The Faxman Driver, Nothing Happens

Symptom

When you send a fax thru the Faxman driver nothing happens.

Solution

1.  Edit the WIN.INI file and take these two lines out of the [ports] section if they exist.

     FAX:=

     Fax Modem=

2.  Go to start choose find files and folders. Search for the FmFaxdrv.drv It should be version 2.60. If the version is not 2.60 look under the Mitchell directory for the same file and copy it to c:\windows\system.

3.  The Faxman Drivers do not load under Windows NT.
