Symptom:

When you go to the estimating screen, the screen is blank, or the screen is not split three ways.

Solution:

The user has the screen margins too far to the left\right or bottom. Have them put cursor on each side to see if arrow changes to a double arrow. Click and drag to the center of the screen.
