Wod32 Errors

Symptom

Error:  Wod32 error provider cannot be found when trying to access scheduled services.

Error:  Wod32 error class not registered when trying to access scheduled services.

Solution

1. Install the MDAC_TYP.EXE off of the 4.4 installation CD that is located in the \Microsoft\ folder. After the installation restart the computer.

* Note: This error has also been seen as a runtime error when accessing scheduled services. Currently this error has been reported on multiple operating systems.

If running Windows 95 then the user may also need to install DCOM95 located in the \Microsoft\ folder before loading the MDAC_TYP.EXE
