Work In Progress Screen Comes Up Slow On Workstations

Symptom

User complains that their work in progress screen comes up slow on my workstations.

Solution

  1. Look at the bottom of the work in progress screen.

  2. Click on the button marked display.

  3. Check to see if display phone is marked.

  4. If display phone is checked uncheck that item.
    (The program looks at three tables each time you access the work in progress screen to insure you receive accurate phone information.)
