Login Problems with OnDemand5.com Version 1.6 Upgrade Notice: Some customers have reported problems accessing OnDemand5.com Repair and/or Estimating articles. The most common symptom is display of a blank screen when pulling up Repair Article or Estimating information. The problem comes from having saved (cached) pages in your computer’s memory.

Wiring Diagrams will not display in OnDemand5.com The Window may be minimized on the Task Bar. Right click the minimized Diagram and click restore. If the Diagram is not minimized a Pop-up blocker is blocking the Diagram. You will need to either turn off your pop-up blocker or configure the pop-up blocker to allow content from www.ondemand5.com.
I get an error, “You have attempted to log in too many times […] You must wait 15 minutes from the last failed login attempt before attempting to login again.
If after waiting 15 minutes you receive a message stating “The User Name you entered is invalid! Please try again”, click the “Forgot Your Password?” link above the error message to reset your User Name.
The print preview is blank or I receive a jscript error when trying to print Quotes. Click on the “Setup” menu and select “Quote Default Settings”. How do I locate Recalls? Go to TSBs tab and there will be a Recalls text link once the TSBs window is open. Click on the link to view Recalls for the selected vehicle.
