Cannot Print Maintenance From OnDemand5 Repair Desktop On Windows XP General Use - Updated 03/26/03 Product Version 5.x Symptom Can't print maintenance from OnDemand5 Desktop on Windows XP Solution Copy the PrintTemplate.dll found in the C:\Program Files\Common Files\MRIC folder and paste it in the C:\Windows\System32 folder.
