Error Indicator Box With No Message Using Windows ME

Symptom

Noted using Windows ME.  After the installation while trying to set the parts locator, an error indicator box with no message (only a red circle with white x mark in it) appears.  Clicking on OK takes you back to home screen of the program.

Solution

Check the modem properties and verify that only one device is listed. If you see more than one device remove the second modem and "Parts Locator" should function properly.
