Estimator Ignores Labor Rate, Customer Information Quote Is Blank, Printing In Repair Errors

Symptom

  • Estimator ignores labor rate that you set.

  • Section of screen that would contain customer information in quotes is blank, section is all white.

  • When printing from repair receive error:
    GSI line X, xml doc must have top level element.

    Error: An error has occurred on the script on this page. Line: XXX Char: X Error: Class not registered Code: 0 URL: res://WebRes.dll/RepairPrint.htm

Solution

Rename webres.dll, iepeers.dll, and urlmon.dll. Run installation of IE6 over the top of IE6. It will not run a full install, only a short update. Then uninstall OnDemand5  and reinstall. This will fix all three problems

On any version of Windows try installing IE6 over the top of IE6 before trying to remove it. Removing IE6 can damage the OS.

Note: Do Not Uninstall IE6 ON Windows ME or Windows XP
