Did Not Register Or Un-Register General Use - Updated 11/21/03 Product OnDemand5 Repair Versions 5.5 Symptom Program did not self register or un-register. C:\program files\common files\mric\messagereport.dll. Solution Uninstall I.E. back to previous version & reinstall I.E. v6.0 off the installation CD. *Note: If you Uninstall then re-install Internet Explorer and you continue to receive the message report.dll error. Instruct the customer to download regsvr32a.exe from Microsoft. See the File Registration Article for additional information. Then un-install and re-install Internet Explorer again or manually register the file. Click start then run now type this command c:\windows\system\regsvr32.exe c:\program files\common files\mric\messagereport.dll.
