Program Has Expired Message General Use - Updated 04/01/02 Product OnDemand5 Repair Version 5.0 or greater Symptom The user is receiving a message stating the program has expired. Solution 1. Click on "Help" written in black at the top of the screen. 2. Now click on "About OnDemand5..." 3. In the section that says Repair click in the box the says "Current Number of Users" 4. Now hold down CTRL and T and you should see a password box. 5. An extension password is need from Mitchell1 Tech Support. Note: In this version of software if you extend a timed subscription in repair you also have to extend it in the box for Estimating. Perform the steps above to extend the Estimating subscription.
