Selected Part And Labor Do Not Transfer General Use - Updated 02/19/04 Product Version 5.5 Symptom Working with Estimator, make selections, which show correctly at the bottom of the Estimating screen, but when clicking on the "Quote" tab, the selected parts & labor do not transfer over. Solution Un-install the OnDemand5 Estimator program, delete the OnDemand5 directory, search for and delete the OD5.ini file. Delete all temp files. Reboot the computer and reinstall OnDemand5 Estimator.
