Symptom

Gets error "Vehicle Information Not available." on every vehicle he selects. This customer had upgraded from OnDemand5 v.5.1 SU to OnDemand5       v. 5.5 SU.

Operating System

Windows XP Home Edition.

Solution

Re-run "update Data."

Note: If you received this error on one workstation in a multi-user environment verify that you have only one host.
