Wiring Diagram Will Not Display After Installation General Use - Updated 11/02/04 Product Version 5.5, 5.6, 5.7 (single and multi-user) Symptom Install On-Demand and the SVG Adobe Viewer installs normally without any errors during or after the software installation. Click on the "Repair/Estimating" button and choose a year/make and model. Now select "Repair". Then choose "Wiring" then select "Wiring Diagrams". Choose "System Wiring Diagrams". After a diagram is selected the toolbar is displayed however, the wiring diagram will not display. You can print the diagram, toggle to a new diagram but no diagram appears in the box and no error message is generated. Operating System Windows 2000 , Windows XP Pro, and Windows XP Home Solution Create a new user account with admin rights then attempt to view a wiring
diagram if you have a problem re-install as the SVG as the new user. The
information we used to resolve this customer issue was found on the SVG
