OnDemand Version 1.3 Software Enhancements

It is with great pleasure that we announce the upcoming release of a number of new enhancements to OnDemand5.com. This latest edition, version 1.3, is scheduled to be online the week of April 19.

Topping the list of highlights are improvements to our system wiring diagrams. Already boasting the clearest, most consistent wiring diagrams available, OnDemand5.com will now offer its user the option of viewing system wiring diagrams in color. Using a new technology called Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG), Mitchell 1 not only provides full-color diagrams, but also improves the clarity no matter how far in you zoom. You won't find this helpful diagnostic tool in any other product.

In order to accommodate the many improvements that will be introduced, OnDemand5.com minimum system requirements have been updated and now include Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0 or later. You can download the browser for free at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.asp.

Additional highlights of the upcoming release include the following:

  • An upgraded Search feature to speed your searches and help you find the information you need faster
  • Improved TSB filtering so you can find the factory bulletins you need for the job at hand
  • Simplified navigation to make OnDemand5.com even easier to use
  • Quotes have been enhanced allowing for quicker entry of Labor, Parts, Notes and Flat Rate Items to your worksheet. The formatting and tab order have also been enhanced to allow quicker data entry.
  • Enhanced Scheduled-Maintenance Information including timed intervals and indicator-driven maintenance
  • Watch the OnDemand5.com home page for details about these and other version 1.3 enhancements
